  • How do I obtain a promoter pricelist? +

    Contact us and request the login credentials to preview our pricelist. Once you have those credentials, login as a Promoter to download the pricelist.
  • When do I need to place my order? +

    We request you place your order six weeks from the date you would like your order delivered.
  • My show is less than six weeks, is it too late to order? +

    Please email us your show date along with the items needed. We will see if we have the items in stock or if we can offer substitutions. We will do everything we can to help, there may be a rush fee or a higher level of freight cost assessed.
  • What is the process of placing an order? +

    Request a quote - if you would like to proceed a 50% deposit is required
    - Balance due two days before agreed ship date. (we accept all major credit cards, paypal and checks)

  • Do you have these in stock? +

    As we receive the orders we manufacture by our customer's selections. We also manufacture our most popular items daily. However, we receive rush orders daily which can reduce our inventory quickly.
  • How do I obtain a quote? +

    The wholesale pricelist (must be logged in as a Promoter) has a quote form request or you can submit your order online. Please supply the information requested to obtain a quote for total cost delivered.
    You will receive a response with 3 days.
  • I see prices are determined by quantity, can I mix the poses to reach the higher quantity? +

    Yes, prices are determined by total quantity of entire order, not per pose.

  • Do you provide engraving for the sculptures? +

    Yes we do! Your entry form and title of the show is needed for us to provide the engraving service.
  • I notice you have three color selections is there a price difference? +

    Each pose is the same price for all color options.

  • How do I mount the sculpture to a base? +

    Please let us know if you will be adding a base for height. We will manufacture the sculptures with a female threaded sleeve for easy mounting.

  • Do you charge Sales Tax? +

    Only on orders from within the state of Arizona.
  • I am a new promoter, my competitors are not entering on time. Not sure what to order? +

    Let us know your order may change.  Plan the best you can and reduce your order before agreed ship date.
  • Do you take returns? +

    Sorry, all sales final.  It is not cost effective, with freight, restock and breakage due to incorrect packaging.
    Most promoters will save extras for the following year.
  • Do you sponsor events? +

    We decided to keep our prices lower so everyone can benefit, rather than adding sponsorships to our annual budget.
  • Where are your products made, and how long have you been in business? +

    We have been manufacturing our products since 1989. Our products are proudly Made in the USA.
